The room had a comfortable bed (i slept like a log!). A spacious bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast buffet featured many choices. I appreciated the availability of fresh fruit and pastries.

the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. the location was convenient, close to transport links. the hotel also offered a reasonably priced parking option which was useful. huda at the front desk was particularly kind and ready to assist with anything.
the absence of windows in rooms was not ideal.

The super nice team, especially Huda. She. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. its so close to the metro station, made getting around easy. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
The gym could benefit from new equipment.

The breakfast offered many options. I found the location convenient with easy access to transportation. The staff helped me a LOT. They were always available and ready to assist.
The hot tub was available, but it was not accessible without purchasing a massage. This was quite disappointing, as I expected it to be available for all guests.
